WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: This 4 week series is recommended for those who have never taken a pole dance class before and just starting their pole journey. This is a progressive series that builds on the fundamentals of pole dance each week. Each class consists of a warm up, beginner pole dance moves including grips, mounts, spins, tricks, transitions, floor work and cool down stretch. No makeups, you must attend each day of the series. This series also includes and optional 1 hour open pole practice time before class each week. Students should wear clothing that exposes the lower legs such as shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.
