Service Description
We begin with a warm up which focuses on building strength and endurance followed by mat training, then progress to learning the fundamentals, mounts, tricks and dismount sequences. We also dabble in the art of spinning which is what Lyra is famous for, ending with a cool down stretch. This lesson helps you gain ability to move through poses with grace and ease while gaining strength and control. Let me know if you have your eye set on learning a particular trick (list in your appointment notes) and I will teach you the basics. Wear form fitted clothing that exposes the lower legs and covers the midsection and armpits. No street clothes or jewelry. You will need a towel, water, yoga mat, microfiber towel and spray bottle filled with alcohol to clean your equipment. Additional Fees: For lessons at Clients Place a Travel Fee will be added and calculated based on location: $25 for <15 minutes, $50 for 16-30 minutes, $75 for 31-45 minutes, $100 for 46- 60 minutes, $125 for 61-75 minutes, $150 for 76-90 minutes, $175 for 91-105 minutes, $200 for 106-120 minutes. For Aerial Lessons we require the following in order to set-up: 1) A minimum 24' x 24' floor clearance 2) A minimum 9' ceiling height with no overhead chandelier or ceiling fan 3) Elevator access for locations above or below ground level
Cancellation Policy
Invoices are sent before appointment request approval and due upon receipt. Invoices cancel after 24 hours and appointment requests decline if payment is not received. If invoice cancels a convenience fee will be charged and a new appointment request must be submitted. Private Lesson Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to appointment in order to reschedule. Private Party appointments must be canceled at least 1 week prior to appointment in order to reschedule. New appointment date must be within 30 days of original appointment date. Appointments may only be rescheduled once. No make ups for missed or cancelled workshops. Classes, workshops and events are subject to cancellation due to low registration. If you are more than 15 minutes late your reservation will be automatically canceled. No Call No Shows will not be allowed to reschedule and all future appointments requests will be declined. Reservations are subject to cancellation if ALL required documents are not completed prior to appointment. If reservations cancel for any reason a new reservation must be requested and a convenience fee will be charged. All services expire 30 days after purchase. Absolutely No Refunds or Exchanges.
